Speech and Language Therapy
I provide one to one, paired or small group clinical supervision to speech and language therapists who want to develop their expertise and confidence in working with children, young people and adults who stammer.

Supervision can by carried out face to face or online. Sessions typically last one hour.

​I personally value supervision highly, given my own positive experience of supervision over the course of my career. It plays an important role in helping me to best meet the needs of my clients and ensures that I provide them with a safe, effective and high-quality speech and language therapy service. It has also had a significant impact on my wellbeing and confidence in working with clients who stammer.

My supervision draws on my own clinical specialism and supervision training. I make use of a range of techniques from Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support your self-reflection, to facilitate your own problem solving and further develop your clinical confidence and expertise.

If I can help, we can draw up a contract tailored to your needs and arrange sessions at a frequency that suits you. Once we have started working together I also arrange regular reviews to monitor the supervision process to ensure you are getting what you need from our sessions.
